After my divorce, I needed to reinvent myself, discover who I am, and who I wanted to be.

One-on-one coaching and being accountable to someone who is rooting for me while also making sure that I follow thru.

I have a goal and a plan.

Do you have any final thoughts that you would like to share with the world?

Don't lose yourself! It is so easy to focus on the roles of wife, mother, daughter, friend, etc. instead of yourself.
